Finance and Audit Committee
Mission
The responsibility of the committee is to offer financial policy, participate in the budget setting process and coordinate approved auditing procedures to provide for a sustainable and successful ISA consistent with goals enumerated in the current Strategic Plan.
Goals
- This committee shall work with the ISA Treasurer and Executive Director to review the Society’s financial reports on a quarterly basis, or more often as needed
- This committee may review the organization’s annual tax returns and any activities from outside auditors
- This committee may also be called upon to participate in the review of the proposed annual budget prior to approval by the ISA Board of Directors
