Registration Fees:

Cancellation Policy:  All registrations fees are in US dollars. Refunds/Cancellations will be issued on written email  cancellation requests only:  Prior to January 31, 2024 - $50 Administration Fee / February 1 to March 15, 2024 - $75 Administration Fee / After March 15, 2024 - Administration fee $150.  Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by ISA Headquarters. Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting.

Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, ISA is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant consider purchasing independent travel insurance. 

ISA registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor. 

Registration and attendance at or participation in the ISA Annual Meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such event activities.  

All educational course cancellation and transfer requests must be in writing and received at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the first date of the class.  All cancellations and transfer requests are subject to a $100 fee based on course cost.

Travel from Pierre Trudeau Airport (YUL)

  • Taxi's accept credit cards from YUL airport to downtown, It is a fixed rate with daytime & night time pricing .The taxi stand is well indicated at the arrival level at airport. https://www.admtl.com/en/access/taxis-limousines
  • Montreal does have UBER service.
  • The city bus #747 is also available from YUL to downtown. 

COVID-19 Precautions

ISA leadership takes the health and safety of our members and attendees seriously and have established health and safety protocols for Assets 2024. First and foremost, we want all attendees to feel safe and comfortable at the conference. Face masks are optional and we encourage the practice of frequent hand washing, and testing prior to travel; if you test positive, we recommend that you do not travel to the conference.

Payment Plan

For Assets 2024, a payment plan is available for member registrants, if you register on or prior to December 24, 2023; the payment plan will not be available after this date. By selecting the payment plan, you agree to a transaction fee of $30 USD. Your first credit card payment of 33% of the total meeting registration balance is due at time of registration, and subsequent payments will be charged every other month on or around the original purchase date. This offer is only available for credit card payments, and credit card must be valid through April 2024.

Spouses/Guests 
It is always the Society’s pleasure to welcome the spouses and guests of meeting registrants. However, each guest is required to purchase a special badge in order to participate in the scheduled events. The cost of the badge is solely to defray the food and beverage expense.  Spouse/guest registration includes meals only on Thursday evening through Saturday of the conference and does not include entrance into educational sessions or the Thursday tours. Spouse/guests wishing to attend a Thursday tour may do so for the same fee as members. Please see the registration form for more details.

Recommended Attire 
All educational sessions will be business casual. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so please dress accordingly during the day. Comfortable shoes are recommended for the Friday tour day.
