Credentials: Chris Ingalls, principal of Fine Art Appraisals of South Florida, is an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers. ISA Accreditation is achieved by undertaking an intensive course of study in appraisal principles and passing rigorous examinations on the theory and practice of professional appraising, as well as on ethical standards of practice and legal considerations. Attaining the ISA AM designation is a major professional achievement for personal property appraisers. Estate Planning and Settlement: Fair Market Value Appraisals for Equitable Distribution; Fair Market Value for Estate Taxes; Actual Cash Value Appraisals for Estate Liquidation.

Family Division: Fair Market Value Appraisals for Equitable Distribution of Assets; Actual Cash Value Appraisals for Divorce Agreements; Fair Market Value for Pre-Nuptial Agreements.

Charitable Donations: Fair Market Value Appraisals for IRS Tax Deductions for Non-Cash Donations.

Disposition - Sale: Actual Cash Value Appraisals for Resale; Referrals for Sale to Auction Houses, Commercial and Private Dealers and Private Collectors.

Appraisal Reports

Two printed copies of the Appraisal Report will be provided. Each written appraisal is bound and organized, complete with detailed descriptions and digital photographs. Fine Art Appraisals of South Florida's Appraisal Reports provide an accurate valuation that will stand the test of taxing bodies and legal authorities. Each Appraisal Report includes Cover Pages, a Curriculum Vitae of the Appraiser, Terms and Conditions of the Appraisal, Digital Photographs and an Affidavit signed by Chris Ingalls, Principal of Fine Art Appraisals of South Florida. Appraisals are based on Fair Market Value, Replacement Value, or Liquidation Value. Additional copies of the Appraisal Report are available at an additional cost, determined by the size of the Report.

Appraisal Fees

Please feel free to call Fine Art Appraisals of South Florida to discuss your specific requirements. Appraisal and Related Services Fees vary according to the nature and scope of the work to be undertaken. As a general rule, Fees apply to time spent at your site, as well as expert time spent conducting research and reviewing your appraisal, prior to completion. Fine Art Appraisals of South Florida has a $300 Minimum Fee for most assignments. We are able to provide "Flat Fees" or "Estimates", once we have your specific requirments, such as the quantity and type of items involved, as well as your location.
