About

Kathleen Doyle is an independent personal property appraiser with a focus on appraising the contents of estates. Private client experience includes estate appraising, downsizing, and dispersals of personal property and fine art. She regularly partners with and supports established appraisers on federal tax and non-cash charitable donation assignments in California, New York and Illinois. 

Along with completing coursework required to reach the first level of membership with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA), she also achieved certification through the Asheford Institute of Antiques, with a focus on fine furniture and decorative arts. With a master of library science degree, she applies a scholarly approach and diligence to the research process. Finally, she is USPAP compliant through 2023.

Antiquestor is headquartered in St. Charles, Fox Valley, in the western suburbs of Chicago. We service the Chicago-land area as far north as Milwaukee and Madison, WI, and west to Galena, IL, including the Fox Valley.  There is a satellite office in Petoskey, MI, serving Charlevoix, Bay View, Harbor Springs and the surrounding areas.
