Appraisals by Roger M. Heuberger, fine arts educator and lecturer. (Middle M is used since otherwise a web search finds another Roger Heuberger: motorcycle gang member, murderer and rapist in the Pacific Northwest. )

Some have found that using my arts educator-turned appraiser, can identify potential hidden value in works by art historic figures or movements. Appraisal activities started in 2008, upon completion of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) curriculum and initial graduate study at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the Sotheby's-London art markets program. The MA in Art History/Visual Culture was completed through Lindenwood University in 2019. Demands from my "other" career as a  consumer electronics industry consultant, and demands as an art docent and Lifelong Learning Institute arts educator, led to phasing down appraisal activities by 2014. Upon moving to Palm Beach County, Florida full time in 2020, renewal in art appraisal proceeded with updated credentialing: 2021 USPAP, ISA Core Course and start of ISA Fine Art Specialty curriculum. 

Strong understanding of art history and specifically American art of the 20th Century. I have presented more than 40 topics in art as an adjunct or lecturer; many of which came from 10 years leading the Exploring the Visual Arts program for Northwestern University's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. For 10 years conducted weekend "Exploring highlights of the Milwaukee Art Museum (MAM) in an art historic context" tours. Seasonally Docent for NSU/Fort Lauderdale Art Museum and member of their Speakers Bureau. BOTH NSU and MAM have extensive American Art collections.
