Candace Hill is a certified personal property appraiser meeting ISA's highest and most current credentialing requirements. Located in the greater Boulder Denver metropolitan area, she has collected, bought and sold art and antiques for over 20 years and has been applying her accumulated knowledge and expertise to her career as a professional personal property appraiser since 2014. Since then, Candace has appraised over 4,000 items in a wide variety of categories.

Some key artists Candace has appraised include Banksy, Thomas Hart Benton, Earl Biss Jr., Eugene Boudin, Paul Cezanne, Marc Chagall, Salvador Dali, Henry Francois Farny, R.C. Gorman, R.C. Gorman, George Inness, Frank Howell, Raphael Lillywhite, Mr. Brainwash, Leroy Neiman, Pablo Picasso, Auguste Rodin, Birger Sandzen, Joseph Henri Sharp, Wayne Thiebaud, Rembrandt Van Rijin, and Andy Warhol.

In addition to appraising fine art, decorative art, and antiques in general, Candace has a particular specialty in appraising American Indian art & artifacts from a wide variety of tribes, nations, and pueblos. This includes pottery, basketry, beadwork, jewelry, clothing, weavings, tools, and weapons.

Candace has also appeared on national television as a guest appraiser on the hit show Pawn Stars.
