1991, opened business; Lamb Appraisals.

1992, passed Methodology and Ethics examination, Appraisers Association of America.

1992-1993, President of North Texas Chapter, ISA.

1995-1996, peer review of furniture section of ISA Residential Contents Course; participated in rewriting English section of course, 1995-1996.

1997, panel speaker at Appraisers Association of America national conference; Mastering Comparable Analysis.

2007-2009, Chair of Nominating Committee for Board of Directors, International Society of Appraisers.
