Description

This fascinating webinar will explore many facets of Himalayan Buddhist art, from identification tips to understanding the original function of these sacred objects. We will take a look at recent auction results and discuss market disrupters, such as issues with provenance. We will explore common challenges you may encounter including dating objects, avoiding fakes, and the question of authenticity.  Finally, we will consider how ethics come into play when buying/selling/valuing religious art.
